Work & Wellness
The project combines office and sports uses through a spatial relationship that encourages office employees to use the building’s sports facilities and creates an integrated model of work and wellness.
Vertical and horizontal connections
Vertical circulation carries the energy of the sports spaces into the office floors, while horizontal circulation distributes it across each floor.

The transitional space
After entering an office unit from the lobby, users pass through a semi-open transitional space with red glazing. This horizontal circulation zone supports natural ventilation, helping foster productivity, psychological well-being and a sense of vitality.

Colour, light and interaction
Red connects these circulation spaces to the sports programme. The interplay of colour, light and shadow creates varied spatial experiences and a dynamic environment for interaction.
On the sports floors, colour and light are also combined through openings cut into the facade to create a similar spatial quality.
Plan core and massing
The resulting split between the floor volumes defines the central plan core in response to the client’s requirements, simultaneously shaping the building’s massing and facade.
